Terms Used In Michigan Laws 286.223a
- Director: means the director of the department or an employee of the department authorized by the director. See Michigan Laws 286.202
The director may promulgate rules to implement this act pursuant to the administrative procedures act of 1969, Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, being section 24.201 to 24.315 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
