Michigan Laws 322.582 – Animal found grazing or running at large; possession by director; liability

Director: means the director of the department of natural resources and environment. See Michigan Laws 322.581

(1) The director may take possession of any animal found grazing or running at large in violation of section 1.

(2) The director is not civilly or criminally liable for complying with subsection (1).
