  • Department: means the department of environmental quality. See Michigan Laws 324.14301
  • Public law: A public bill or joint resolution that has passed both chambers and been enacted into law. Public laws have general applicability nationwide.
   The department shall assure that relevant information received under section 313 of subtitle B of the emergency planning and community right-to-know act of 1986, title III of the superfund amendments and reauthorization act of 1986, Public Law 99-499, 42 U.S.C. § 11023, is transmitted to the department.
