Terms Used In Michigan Laws 324.16503
- Department: means the director of the department of natural resources or his or her designee to whom the director delegates a power or duty by written instrument. See Michigan Laws 324.301
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. The proceeds of the paper recycling system shall be forwarded to the state treasurer and credited to the office services revolving fund created in section 269 of the management and budget act, Act No. 431 of the Public Acts of 1984, being section 18.1269 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, to be utilized by the department of management and budget to implement this part and to reimburse other state departments that incur expenses under this part.
