- Collection site: means , subject to subdivision (e), a site consisting of a parcel or adjacent parcels of real property where any of the following are accumulated:
(i) 500 or more scrap tires. See Michigan Laws 324.16901Person: means an individual, partnership, corporation, association, governmental entity, or other legal entity. See Michigan Laws 324.301
A person who incurs costs as a result of a response to a fire or a violation of this part at a collection site may bring an action against the owner or operator of the collection site, in the circuit court in which the collection site is located, to recover the incurred costs.
