Terms Used In Michigan Laws 324.3508
- Department: means the director of the department of natural resources or his or her designee to whom the director delegates a power or duty by written instrument. See Michigan Laws 324.301
- Person: means an individual, partnership, corporation, association, governmental entity, or other legal entity. See Michigan Laws 324.301
The department shall promulgate rules to implement this part. Any interested person has the right of judicial review from any decision, order, or permit made or granted by the department under the administrative procedures act of 1969, Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, being section 24.201 to 24.328 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
