Terms Used In Michigan Laws 324.50121
- Department: means the director of the department of natural resources or his or her designee to whom the director delegates a power or duty by written instrument. See Michigan Laws 324.301
The department shall promulgate rules, adopt guidelines, and issue publications under the administrative procedures act of 1969, Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, being section 24.201 to 24.328 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, as may be necessary to implement and administer this part.
