- plant: means a tree, bough, shrub, vine, or other native plant, or a part of a tree, bough, shrub, vine, or other native plant, listed in subsection (1). See Michigan Laws 324.52901
Nothing in this part shall be construed to interfere with the insect pest and plant disease act, Act No. 189 of the Public Acts of 1931, being section 286.201 to 286.226 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
