- Person: means an individual, partnership, corporation, association, governmental entity, or other legal entity. See Michigan Laws 324.301
A person who violates section 80301 to 80319 or rules promulgated under this part is guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or fined not more than $100.00, or both.
