Terms Used In Michigan Laws 330.3001
- Commission: means the suicide prevention commission created in section 3. See Michigan Laws 330.3001
- Department: means the department of health and human services. See Michigan Laws 330.3001
- Executive committee: means the executive committee described in section 5. See Michigan Laws 330.3001
As used in this act:
(a) “Commission” means the suicide prevention commission created in section 3.
(b) “Department” means the department of health and human services.
(c) “Executive committee” means the executive committee described in section 5.
