Terms Used In Michigan Laws 333.16319
- License: except as otherwise provided in this subsection and section 17708(2), means an authorization issued under this article to practice where practice would otherwise be unlawful. See Michigan Laws 333.16106

Fees for a person licensed or seeking licensure to engage in manufacturing, distributing, prescribing, dispensing, or conducting research with controlled substances under part 73 are as follows:
