Terms Used In Michigan Laws 333.17050
- Physician: means an individual who is licensed or authorized under this article to engage in the practice of medicine. See Michigan Laws 333.17001
- Practice agreement: means an agreement described in section 17047. See Michigan Laws 333.17001
In addition to its other powers and duties under this article, the board may prohibit a physician or a physician’s assistant from entering into a practice agreement for any of the grounds set forth in section 16221.
