Section 1.
Short Title.
This act shall be known and may be cited as the Michigan Gaming Control and Revenue Act.
Terms Used In Michigan Laws 432.201
- Control: means having a greater than 15% direct or indirect pecuniary interest in the casino gaming operation with respect to which the license is sought. See Michigan Laws 432.202
