  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.

   Any person, firm, association or corporation which shall operate such an establishment without a license, or shall violate any rule, regulation or condition, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 100 dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
