- State board: means the state child abuse and neglect prevention board created in section 3. See Michigan Laws 722.602
Not later than 2 years after the effective date of this act, the state board shall promulgate rules pursuant to the administrative procedures act of 1969, Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended, being section 24.201 to 24.315 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
