  • state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories.   The department of the attorney general may, in consultation with the Michigan domestic and sexual violence prevention and treatment board, the department of technology, management, and budget, and the department of state, promulgate rules to implement this act in compliance with the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328.
