§ 249.1	Assent to federal aid for construction of rural post road; availability of funds; authority to survey, contract, receive and disburse money
§ 249.2	Authority to raise funds; bonds; estimates, plans; separate account

Medical care: as used in this act means medical care rendered under the supervision of a licensed physician in an organized out-patient department of a hospital licensed by the department of community health under article 17 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333. See Michigan Laws 400.55
Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, as well as to individuals. See Michigan Laws 8.3l
state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories.
