Minnesota Statutes 148.62 – Application

Sections 148.52 to 148.62 shall not be construed as forbidding any person licensed to practice any profession in this state from engaging in such profession as it may now be defined by law.

Person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Minnesota Statutes 645.44
state: extends to and includes the District of Columbia and the several territories. See Minnesota Statutes 645.44
