Minnesota Statutes 386.76 – Violation a Misdemeanor

Any person who violates any of the provisions of sections 386.62 to 386.76 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

Under the Minnesota Statutes, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:

Class	Prison	Fine
Misdemeanor	up to 90 days	up to $1,000
