- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
It is unlawful for anyone to cause to be printed at state expense, any part, or any rearrangement of any part, of the official manual or any other public document required by law to be printed by any other department or office of this state.
