- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
All fees received by the director of revenue for services to be performed by the secretary of state or the state auditor shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the general revenue fund.
