Terms Used In Missouri Laws 28.120
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
He shall file and safely keep all official letters and other public documents directed to or received by him. He shall file, retain, store and destroy those documents in accordance with the state and local records law.
