Terms Used In Missouri Laws 29.130
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
The state auditor shall have free access to all offices of this state for the inspection of such books, accounts and papers as concern any of his duties.
