  • person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Missouri Laws 1.020

Any special license plates involving military actions or personnel that are authorized after August 28, 2006, shall not limit the number of license plates any person qualified for such special license plate may obtain so long as each set of license plates issued is issued for vehicles owned solely or jointly by the qualified applicant.
