  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
  • person: as used in this chapter shall mean and include any individual, association, joint stock company, syndicate, copartnership, corporation, receiver, trustee, conservator, or other officer appointed by any state or federal court. See Missouri Laws 311.030
  • State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020

Every person transporting liquor within, into, or through the state of Missouri shall, upon demand, supply the supervisor of liquor control and any of his agents or any peace officer of the state of Missouri with evidence that a liquor transporter’s license has been issued to him by the supervisor of liquor control of the state of Missouri.
