Terms Used In Missouri Laws 33.520
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
If at any time the board of fund commissioners shall be of the opinion that the safety of state moneys requires immediate withdrawal from state depositary, or the state’s fiscal agent, they shall direct such withdrawal to be made, and the state treasurer shall forthwith obey such order.
