- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
No provision of sections 337.700 to 337.739 shall be construed to require any agency, corporation or organization, not otherwise required by law, to employ licensed marital and family therapists.
