Terms Used In Missouri Laws 341.030
- Place of residence: means the place where the family of any person permanently resides in this state, and the place where any person having no family generally lodges. See Missouri Laws 1.020
All persons who are required by sections 341.010 to 341.080 to take examinations and procure a certificate shall apply to the board of the city where they reside or to the board nearest their place of residence.
