1. The director shall issue a license to any natural person who is at least eighteen years of age, and has complied with the requirements of sections 354.010 to 354.380, authorizing the licensee to act as an enrollment representative on behalf of any corporation subject to the provisions of sections 354.010 to 354.380.

2. Any license issued shall authorize only the licensee named in the license to act individually as an enrollment representative thereunder.
