1. The director may bring an action against any title insurer, title agency, title agent, or any director, officer, agent, employee, trustee, or affiliate of a title insurer, title agency, or title agent in a court of competent jurisdiction to enjoin violations of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, 12 U.S.C. § 2607, as amended.

2. A violation of any provision under the federal Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, as amended, is a level two violation under section 374.049.
