- Patrol: the Missouri state highway patrol. See Missouri Laws 43.010
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection 1 of section 43.025, there is hereby created within the Missouri state highway patrol a “Division of Drug and Crime Control”.
