Terms Used In Missouri Laws 48.010
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
For the purposes of this chapter, “assessed valuation” shall mean the valuation of all real and personal property as determined and finally established by the state agency charged with the duty of equalizing assessments.
