Terms Used In Missouri Laws 50.1160
- person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Missouri Laws 1.020
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
The benefits provided for by sections 50.1000 to 50.1300 shall in no way affect any person‘s eligibility for retirement benefits pursuant to LAGERS, or any other federal, state or local government retirement or pension system, or in any way have the effect of reducing retirement benefits in such systems, or reducing compensation or mileage reimbursement of employees, anything to the contrary notwithstanding.
