  • Month: means a calendar month, and "year" means a calendar year unless otherwise expressed, and is equivalent to the words year of our Lord. See Missouri Laws 1.020

The county auditor of each county of the first class not having a charter form of government and of each county of the second class shall, on the first Monday of each month, make out and file with the clerk of the county commission a report to the county commission of his county, showing the condition of the accounts of each county and township officer as by them reported to him for the previous month.
