Terms Used In Missouri Laws 57.440
- Month: means a calendar month, and "year" means a calendar year unless otherwise expressed, and is equivalent to the words year of our Lord. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Claims for reimbursement for travel shall be submitted to the county commission monthly and paid at the end of the month by warrant drawn on the county treasury by the county commission.
