Terms Used In Missouri Laws 60.401
- hereafter: means the time after the statute containing it takes effect. See Missouri Laws 1.020
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
The systems of plane coordinates which have been established by the National Ocean Survey/National Geodetic Survey, or its successors, for defining and stating the geographic positions or locations of points on the surface of the earth within the state of Missouri are hereafter to be known and designated as the “Missouri Coordinate System of 1927” and the “Missouri Coordinate System of 1983”.
