Terms Used In Missouri Laws 8.557
- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
- Liabilities: The aggregate of all debts and other legal obligations of a particular person or legal entity.
The authority shall submit to the general assembly, annually, a report covering its operations and accomplishments, receipts and expenditures, assets and liabilities, a schedule of its bonds outstanding and any other information the authority deems necessary.
