53-19-104. Department contracts for services — governmental units providing for community homes for persons with severe disabilities. (1) The department may expend money appropriated or available for the purposes of this part and may contract for services for eligible persons with any person or entity providing the services to persons with severe disabilities.

(2)Governmental units, including but not limited to counties, municipalities, school districts, or state institutions of higher learning, may at their own expense provide services, funds, materials, and facilities for services to community homes for persons with severe disabilities.
