80-8-403. Definitions. As used in this part, the following definitions apply:
Terms Used In Montana Code 80-8-403
- Department: means the department of agriculture as provided for in 2-15-3001. See Montana Code 80-8-403
- Director: means the director of agriculture as provided for in 2-15-3001. See Montana Code 80-8-403
- School district: means a school district established according to Title 20, chapter 6. See Montana Code 80-8-403
(1)”Department” means the department of agriculture as provided for in 2-15-3001.
(2)”Director” means the director of agriculture as provided for in 2-15-3001.
(3)”School district” means a school district established according to Title 20, chapter 6.
