81-23-404. Cooperation with other governmental agencies. In order to secure a uniform system of milk control, the board shall confer and cooperate with the proper authorities of other states and of the United States, including the secretary of agriculture of the United States, and for those purposes, the board may conduct joint hearings, issue joint or concurrent orders, and exercise all its powers under this chapter.
