85-7-1826. Interpretation of provisions. (1) Sections 85-7-1821 through 85-7-1826 are intended to supplement but not to repeal or to change in any way the procedure authorized by 85-7-1801 through 85-7-1807 in relation to changing the boundaries of irrigation districts.
Terms Used In Montana Code 85-7-1826
- Executor: A male person named in a will to carry out the decedent
- Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
(2)The term “owners” as used in 85-7-1821 through 85-7-1826 shall include any executor, administrator, trustee of an express trust, and the guardian of any ward.
