90-4-319. Penalties. A person convicted of violating this part is guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day of violation, after notice of violation, constitutes a separate offense.

- Person: means an individual, partnership, joint venture, private or public corporation, cooperative, association, firm, public utility, political subdivision, municipal corporation, government agency, joint operating agency, or any other entity, public or private, however organized.
