Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes 23-1802
- Person: shall include bodies politic and corporate, societies, communities, the public generally, individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies, joint-stock companies, and associations. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801
- State: when applied to different states of the United States shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories organized by Congress. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801
In the name of the people of the State of Nebraska, you are hereby required to summon six residents of your county to appear before me at ………., on the …… day of ………. 20…., then and there to hold an inquest upon the dead body of ……………., there lying, and by what means such person died.
