Physical therapist assistant means a person certified as a physical therapist assistant under the Physical Therapy Practice Act.
Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes 38-2913
- Person: shall include bodies politic and corporate, societies, communities, the public generally, individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies, joint-stock companies, and associations. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801
- Physical therapist: means a person licensed to practice physical therapy under the Physical Therapy Practice Act. See Nebraska Statutes 38-2912
