Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes 38-2916

• Approved educational program: means a program for the education and training of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants approved by the board pursuant to section Nebraska Statutes 38-2904
• Person: shall include bodies politic and corporate, societies, communities, the public generally, individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies, joint-stock companies, and associations. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801
• Student: means a person enrolled in an approved educational program. See Nebraska Statutes 38-2916
