For purposes of the Nebraska Chemigation Act, unless the context otherwise requires, the definitions found in sections 46-1104 to 46-1116.01 shall apply.
Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes 46-1103
- Chemigation: shall mean any process whereby chemicals are applied to land or crops in or with water through an onfarm irrigation distribution system. See Nebraska Statutes 46-1106
