Manager means a person appointed by a corporation or limited liability company to oversee the daily operation of the business licensed in Nebraska. A manager shall meet all the requirements of the Nebraska Liquor Control Act as though he or she were the applicant, including residency.

- Company: shall include any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint-stock company, joint venture, or association. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Manager: means a person appointed by a corporation or limited liability company to oversee the daily operation of the business licensed in Nebraska. See Nebraska Statutes 53-103.18
- Person: means any natural person, trustee, corporation, partnership, or limited liability company. See Nebraska Statutes 53-103.28
