PACE center means a facility from which a PACE provider offers services within the scope of a PACE program pursuant to a written agreement between the provider, the United States Department of Health and Human Services, and the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services.

- Department: means the Division of Public Health of the Department of Health and Human Services. See Nebraska Statutes 71-410
- PACE center: means a facility from which a PACE provider offers services within the scope of a PACE program pursuant to a written agreement between the provider, the United States Department of Health and Human Services, and the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services. - PACE program: means a program of all-inclusive care for elderly under 42 U. See Nebraska Statutes 71-424.02
