Redevelopment project means a project proposed on a parcel or parcels previously developed with real property improvements. Current usage cannot include agriculture or livestock. The redevelopment project must be within the municipal limits of a municipality. The existing improvements must be more than ten years old or have been demolished prior to application.

Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes 77-1021

  • Parcel: means a contiguous tract of land determined by its boundaries, under the same ownership, and in the same tax district and section. See Nebraska Statutes 77-132
  • Project: means the acquisition, including the acquisition of real estate by a leasehold interest with a minimum term of ten years, construction, and equipping of a tourism attraction or redevelopment project. See Nebraska Statutes 77-1017
  • Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
