If the will gives a person the option to purchase real or personal property and the person has complied with the terms and conditions stated in the will, the personal representative who has limited authority or full authority has the power to convey or transfer the property to the person.
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 143.430
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
- Personal property: All property that is not real property.
